House Rules

We have only a few house 'rules'

1. No smoking in the house please - but you are welcome to smoke outside on the terraces and in the garden where ashtrays are provided

2. Please do not use the sport type 'once a day' sun creams such as Reimann P20. These contain a chemical which permanently stains towels, robes, fabric and leather (even after showering!)

3. We require a 400 euro cash damages deposit on arrival which will be returned on the day you depart. Please let Edmond know if you accidentally damage an item so that we can repair or replace it during your stay for your enjoyment and for the use of future guests. We appreciate accidents happen and do not charge for the odd broken glass. For damage to furniture, appliances, equipment or furnishings we will only ask for the actual cost of repair or replacement and will discuss any sums with you in advance

4. Please lock doors and windows and turn the air conditioning off when you are not at home - the villa will cool in 10 minutes on your return

5. Many guests kindly leave the villa as they found it but we ask that you please worry only about having a lovely holiday and leave the cleaning to our daily maid who knows which products and cloths are safe to use on each surface
